About Rockport
Rockport State Park, located at the foot of Sauk Mountain, offers access to a rare ecosystem featuring 250-foot-tall old-growth trees and a scenic overlook of the Skagit River. It is one of the few places in the region where this unique forest environment can be explored.
The ADA Trail is currently closed due to storm damage, and all park areas are under a Level 2 or Level 3 Burn Ban. Wood fires are restricted to designated fire pits; gas, propane, and charcoal use may be limited. Visitors should check current park alerts for updates on restrictions and trail conditions.
