About Kickapoo Cavern State Park
Bring a sense of wonder and your spirit of adventure to Kickapoo Cavern State Park. Head west from San Antonio to explore this lightly-developed park with its many caves, birds, bats, trails and more. Don’t miss the Armadillo Lookout Trail, which leads to a panoramic view of the southwestern area of the park. The park has 20 known caves; the two largest are Kickapoo Cavern and Stuart Bat Cave. Unauthorized entry into caves is not allowed, to protect the caves and the creatures that live in them.
