About Cleburne State Park

A spring-fed lake, trails through the forest, quiet campsites – what more do you need? Get away from hectic city life at Cleburne State Park, just 30 minutes southwest of Fort Worth on the northern edge of the Hill Country. The park surrounds the clear blue water of 116-acre Cedar Lake. Enjoy swimming, fishing and no-wake boating. Try your luck fishing from our ADA-accessible, covered fishing pier. We loan fishing gear for use in the park. You do not need a license to fish here.
