About Tseriadun State Recreation Site
Tseriadun, pronounced serry-AH-dun, is a state recreation site known for its miles-long beach, popular with visitors for walking, agate collecting, and photography of offshore rocks and headlands. The area was historically inhabited by Native Americans who lived in cedar plank houses and hunted and fished in nearby mountains and rivers.
Today, visitors can fish for rainbow trout and native cutthroat trout in Garrison Lake. Tseriadun is one of three state parks in Port Orford, alongside Port Orford Heads and Paradise State Point State Recreation Site.
