About Jasper Point Campground
Jasper Point Campground is a small, quiet site within Prineville Reservoir State Park, offering 27 first-come, first-served electrical campsites with water hookups, some with waterfront views. The lake is a short walk away, and a 1.75-mile lakeside trail connects to the main campground. The site includes a two-lane boat ramp, courtesy dock, RV dump station, flush toilets, and hot showers. Two cabins are available: one pet-friendly rustic log cabin (max 3 people, reservations required) and one deluxe pet-friendly cabin with a bathroom (max 6 people). Two electrical sites and the deluxe cabin are accessible for campers with disabilities.
A $10 fee applies to use the dump station, payable via QR code; registered campers pay only once per stay. Campfire restrictions are common in summer, and boat ramp access may be affected by low water levels—check the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation website for current conditions. A trailhead inside the campground leads to the State Wildlife Area.
