About Coldwater State Park

Coldwater State Park encompasses 400 acres of largely undeveloped land between Copeland Road and the southern shoreline of Coldwater Lake. The terrain includes a mix of former farmland, wetlands, hardwood forest, and native grasslands. The lake itself is situated at the rear of the property and is not easily accessible from within the park.

Boating access to Coldwater Lake is available at sites outside the park, including the Coldwater Lake boating access site on the west side of the lake. A Recreation Passport is required for entry, though a fee pipe is available in the parking lot for those without one.
